I have an extensive amount of experience working at Title Companies (28 years between Texas and Louisiana) So I am very familiar with a variety of closings from Cash out Refinances to purchases and a handful of reverse mortgages. On occasion, I have closed on Investment out of state properties. I am detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. I also have a solid understanding of legal documents and able to explain them to clients in a way that is easy to understand.
