It is centrally located near the I-5/Hwy 217 interchange, with a private meeting room available as an alternate signing location.

I am a perceptive thinker able to calmly and successfully interact with complex personalities and situations.

I carry $1,000,000 in E&O coverage, am background screened and approved, and will travel up to 100 miles. 

Available day or evenings/7 days/ able to serve very early/late signings by arrangement/always accepting short-notice appointments, schedule permitting.

I arrive on time, having prepared myself and signers regarding the duties I am hired to perform. I do not rush signers, and only notarize when a witness is before me.
