Hello, my name is Ashley N Erny and I am here to assist you with all of your notary needs in the Pittsburgh PA area.

I have over 10 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry.  Working at different banks and title companies has created a great foundation for me to accurately complete any loan signing in a professional manner.  I am NNA certified, LSS (Loan Signing System) certified & background checked.  I also am certified for RON on the DocuVerify and Nexsys platforms. 

As your loan signing agent, I understand that I am an extension of your business.  I represent you when I meet with a client.  I have a great eye for detail, I don't miss any drop or cut-off time.  I know the importance of having documents scanned back quickly and having a signing done correctly the first time.  I strive to go above and beyond for my clients. 

When doing a signing I am able to send scanned documents back quickly with my mobile (Epson ES-300W) scanner. 

Also, my local FedEx drop time is 8:45 pm because I live close to the airport, which is perfect for those late-night signings!
