COVID has changed the face of how business is done in the Twin Cities.
I am elated to be able to find opportunities to aid local title and mortgage companies in the midst of this turmoil. It has become obvious that homeowners will always be in the market to refi, sell or purchase. Secondly, the market has proven that large brick and mortar facilities are not always able to withstand the losses in such a volatile market.

This turbulence has afforded an upswing in the availability of contractors, allowing companies to maintain the influx of work without having excess staffing expenses. As a licensed, certified, and well-trained Minnesota Real Estate Closer, I have worked the last 2 years providing services to National Vendors as a Loan Signing Agent. I am RON certified as well.
