For example, on my signings, I make sure to double-check that all borrow signatures, initials, and dates are completed and in the appropriate place. I also ensure that documents such as the 1003 and the Notice of Right to Cancel are filled out completely and properly. However, I'm human and I understand that mistakes can happen. On the rare occasion that they do happen, I take full ownership and quickly rectify any issues.
