I am a full time Texas Notary Public based out of San Antonio. I received my commission June 29, 2020. I have performed over 1333 signings via https://app.snapdocs.com/orders, but an additional 300+ loan mods document notarizations, mostly in Bexar county. However, I have also traveled to Atascosa and Medina county. 

I have a $100,000 E&O insurance policy and a $10,000 bond. I currently have FNF approval with multiple companies. My background screening was done by the National Notary Association (NNA) and I am also certified as a Loan Signing Agent through the NNA (https://www.signingagent.com/profile/160925467).

I use Brother LH-L5200DW Dual Tray Printers and a Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1600 Scanner. Mobile office equipment is a Brother Work Start printer and Fujitsu ScanSnap iX1600 scanner for time sensitive signing.
