Hello! My name is Amy Smith.  I am a mobile notary, dual commissioned for MO and IL, trained and certified loan signing agent, a certified paralegal, and have recently added process service to my list of service offerings.   

I have been in this line of work since April 2021.   Since then I have  performed over 100 loan and other signings.   This is including but not limited to; 

refinances, home equity, buyer only, seller only,  legal contracts, debt consolidation agreements, property transfers, and so much more! 

As for my Paralegal services, I am capable of dissolution of marriage, child custody modification, motions, pleadings, small claims, etc.   

I am available for process service in MO and IL

I am basically a One-Stop shop for a variety of needs, and am available most anytime and any day.  My services can be set up by an appointment or if in a hurry,  on demand. 

My prices are fair, and I can provide a quote / consultation for free if needed. Also I am commissioned in Missouri and Illinois so open to signings in either state.
