Even though I am new to Zigsig, I have many signings on other platforms and direct Clients. I hold the following training and certifications: NNA, LSS, Pavaso Certified, Bancserv. LSS and NNA Certfied. $1M E& O.

Bringing professionalism to each signing! My service areas include the Winston-Salem and surrounding cities and counties. I have experience and extensive knowledge in Refi's, HELOCS, New Purchases for both buyer/seller sides, Reverse Mortgages, Loan Modifications and many other docs. All instructions and docs are thoroughly reviewed before each assignment and double/triple checked for accuracy before leaving the signing table. Scanbacks/Shipped Docs are processed in a quick and timely fashion. Being a former Clerk with the Forsyth Co Clerk of Superior Courts office and working in various Administration roles have taught me to work extremely well under pressure, stay organized, reliable, and meticulous. My time management skills have been honed over the years which means you can expect quick turnaround times along with organized packets and scan backs.
