I am a new notary, but I have a team of seasoned notaries backing me up between the NNA hotline, local mobile notaries in Monterey County, and my mentor that is a 4 year seasoned loan signing agent, I do feel prepared to conduct loan signings. I am insured to $100k, bonded at $15k, NSA Certified and Background Checked. I am also enrolled in a longer course with mock signing, templates and more ready to go. I will be upgrading my supplies as soon as I can.
