I understand how unpleasant funding conditions are to the closing process hence why I make sure I check over all docs at the closing location several times.  I check to ensure all notary certificates are completed and stamped, initials and signatures are all signed as required.  It is my priority to make sure loan docs are correctly signed and dropped on the same day.  Also, since I live near the shipping carrier hubs (FedEx and UPS) which are open later than normal ship and print locations, I’m able to get docs shipped the same day for closing appointments that are 6pm to 8pm in the evenings.  On the rare occasion of a mistake, I will correct it asap and keep you in the loop the entire time.  If you give me an opportunity, you can be confident that you have a quality signing with me.   I look forward to working with you soon.
