I have a Notary Certificate as well as an Electronic Notary Certificate.   I have completed thousands of signings over the years.  While mainly refinances, I also do seller signings, reverse mortgages, HELOC's - most any type closing that requires a certified signing agent.  I'm native to Asheville and love what I do.
