I'm a 33 year plus professional in the settlement services industry and currently providing notarial services for the mortgage lending industry in central Ohio. I'm a title examiner by trade and have a vast understanding of all title and mortgage related documents associated with Ohio transactions. I understand the importance of conducting myself in a professional manner to all involved parties of the signing transaction. You'll never have to worry about the way that I conduct myself in front of the signing parties. I understand that I'm the face of the lender and/or title company and my behavior is a reflection upon all. I will work with all parties if there is a delay to the signing appointment. I will not turn down an appointment if the documents are not available in a timely fashion. I will try and keep all scheduled signing appointments as long as the documentation is available within 45 minutes of the scheduled appointment.
