I am a local notary and can pick up packages from the office. I am available 24/7. I also know how to package documents so you won't have to. I will be an extension of your professionalism and have knowledge of the loan documents. I know how to guide the borrower when filling out PCORs, statements of information, 1003s, etc. I don't miss stamps or signatures.
