2. Pay attention to details. I have conducted error-free signings by checking the documents at least 3 times before scanning and shipping.

3. Scan documents immediately after scanning and drop documents to FedEx on time to prevent funding issues.  

4. Constantly communicate with you so that you are not left in the dark as to where I am in the closing process.

I have experience with the following loan packages: Refinance, Sellers, POA, VA Loans, HELOCS, and Loan Modifications. I have also conducted Identify Proofing Signings.

 My hours are flexible. I specialize in early morning (6AM- 10AM), lunchtime signings, and meeting borrowers at their place of employment. My service areas include Duval, Clay, and St. John's counties.
