I am a retired US postal worker and I have been a Notary Public since 2007, in  Sacramento California.  After I retired I worked as a Customer Service Representative for different call centers involving Health Care and Mortgages.   I started as a Signing Agent in 2016 part time an just recently in 2019 made it my full time career.  I have about 500+ successful loan signings.  I enjoy traveling and meeting new people.  Servicing the community gives me great pleasure with high quality customer service and professionalism .  My schedule is very flexible, I am available for last minute signings, I do travel with my equipment, Epson 500 document scanner, laptop, wifi and printer...  Although I am based in Sacramento I am open to assist with the completion of closings in other counties such as Yolo, El Dorado, Placer and Amador.  I carry 100K Errors an omissions insurance.  I have experience in POA, Deeds, Buyer/ Sellers Transactions, Hybrid Closings ..etc.  I take my role as a NSA very serious, I am very organized and  detailed oriented.
