Provide transportation to signing locations. Always arrived 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time. Describe the what questions which is brought out in the loan documents and obtain signatures. Notarized loan documents and other legal documents. E-mail or Scan back documents required by the signing companies immediately after signings completed.
