Robert Maslac, our Chief Notary Public & Signing Agent is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 4 decades of success in the banking industry. Applying his extensive background in bank lending, operations, internal auditing, risk management, forensic investigations and expert witness assignments, Mr. Maslac brings a uniquely valuable perspective to companies and individuals seeking mobile notary and signing agent services.

Robert has served as Board Chairman for The Ballet Conservatory and was on the Board of Directors for Pacific Symphony Orchestra, the Mission Viejo Nadadores Swim Club and The Joswick Therapeutic Riding Center. For 8 years, he was Director of Guest Services for Coast Hills Community Church.

Robert served in the U.S. Army’s Combat Engineers in Vietnam 1969-1971 and was twice awarded the Army Commendation Medal. He resides in South Orange County with his wife, Vimy Nesmith who is an accomplished and in-demand realtor.
