• My Notary Commission is valid until September 30, 2023 • I carry $100,000 E&O Insurance. • I serve Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced counties. • I am Placer Title Approved. • My NNA Background Screening Report is valid through June 7th of 2020. • I have completed the Notary2Pro TRID Training. • I perform notarizations for inmates at two Stanislaus County Jails. • I am the only approved Notary Public vendor at Deuel Vocational Institute, the state prison in Tracy. I have been a Certified Notary Signing Agent since 1996. I have closed over 3,500+ loans; refinances, modifications, short sales, reverse mortgages, and new purchases. I also notarize Revocable Living Trusts, Certified Medical Records, Debt Consolidation, and Annuity Transfers. In 1995, I was chosen "Notary of the Year" by the National Notary Association, and serve as a Notary Ambassador. I am a current California Notary Law Instructor. In 2005, I was the 57th instructor approved by the California Secretary of State. I provide the state-mandated six-hour Live mandated class at various schools, colleges and businesses. In 2004, I was California’s first “NNA Certified Notary Law Instructor.” I created and coordinate “A-1 Traveling Notaries,” which is a consortium of 29 independent professional Notaries Public who travel to perform notarizations all over Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Merced Counties in businesses, homes, hospitals, or wherever needed. We provide this service at all hours, especially when other Notaries are unavailable.
