I am knowledgeable in different types of Loan documents such as Refinance, HELOC, Seller/Buyer, Reverse, Loan Applications, Power of Attorney Signings,  and multiple forms, including PCOR, Trust Cert , Disbursements of Proceeds, Statements of Information, Notice of Right to Cancel. I guide borrowers through their loan documents and have them fill out all necessary forms, so an escrow officer doesn't have to waste his/her time doing that themselves.

I am extremely attentive to details and make sure that a borrower doesn't miss any signatures, dates or initials, which can cost a mortgage office a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or cause funding conditions delaying everything. If a mistake does occur, which will be rare, I will immediately correct it. 

I know how important it is for an escrow company to receive the documents on time, so I make sure I send a loan package right away or early morning next day if it is a late signing. I will also keep you updated on every step, so you are aware of the progress.
