I am a full-time notary signing agent and I provide NSA services in Fresno County (Fresno, Clovis, Selma, Sanger, Selma, and etc.) and surrounding areas (Madera County and Kings County). I have been commissioned since November of 2021 and have completed over 50 loan signings including: Refinances, Purchases, Seller Packages, Reverse Mortgage applications,  Reverse Loan Mortgage package, HELOCS, and Loan Modifications. I am always punctual, professional, precise, courteous, trustworthy, and teachable! I am eager to expand my services to additional clients.

• I completed Notary Signing Agent training and passed a background check to become NNA certified.

• I continue to receive training through various platforms to enhance my education and the services that I am able to provide.

I can print large loan packages, as I have a dual tray LaserJet printer with a scanner attached. I also have a separate mobile scanner and have no issue with scanning documents back to my clients after the signing has concluded. I have antivirus software on all of my devices to protect documents. I also ensure that client’s confidentially is protected. 

Lastly, I will take care of any mistakes immediately. I understand the time sensitivity of loan documents and make it a priority resolve any issues immediately. I carry $100,000 in E&O insurance and work hard to ensure that my work is executed correctly. Thank you for reading my profile!
