Hi my name is Matthew. I am NNA and LSS certified. I make sure the signings are done smoothly.

I carefully go over each document making sure that I get every signature, date, and initials where they are needed. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. 

If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
