Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a great signing experience as a former Realtor (recently hung up license) I would go through them ensuring my clients were signing correctly.  I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that all of the signatures, dates and initials are complete and filled out properly.  I will also triple check all of the key documents ie. Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003 so to ensure they are properly filled out.  If there is an occasion, the rate occasion a mistake is made, I will stop immediately what I'm doing, take note and fix ASAP.  I'll have the documents returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is completed.  Just as importantly I will ensure you're kept informed throughout the process.  I want you to know you can feel confident that you have a quality signing with me and I'm looking forward to working with you.  I am Loan Signing Certified through Mark Will Loan Signing System also NNA Loan Signing Certified
