I am LSS trained and certified. NNA trained, certified, background checked and bonded. I am always on time and super organized. I do my best to help guide the borrower through the documents and explain what I am permitted to, to ensure a smooth signing. I do my best not to miss any signatures, initials or dates as to not cause a delay in funding. If a mistake does happen, I will make sure it is corrected right away. I will make sure doc scans and drops are completed ASAP after the signing. I am willing to drive far distances to meet clients if needed.
