I maintain current training & hold multiple Signing Agent Certs: Notary2Pro Signing Agent; Loan Signing System Agent Expert (LSS), & National Notary Association Signing Agent Certification.  

I am equipped with an Electric generator in my vehicle & fully stocked vehicle to print/scan on the go.  I Retired from 26 years in Public Safety. 

Experience as In-house, remote, and courtesy mobile services both direct and by request with Title and Escrow Companies nationwide.  Additionally, I am Fidelity National & Bancserv approved with EXCELLENT Ratings.  

I perform duties under stress at Expert level with above average knowledge of all areas in Pima County and adjacent counties.  Always Ready to Go and prepared logistically to handle the workflow and services with a wide variety of hours! 

Full mobile services with Printers/Scanner in my car for seamless on the go productivity.  Experienced with many types of Notarial work from 16 years of experience and dedication.  

I am knowledgeable with presentation of Loan packets such as Refi, VA, HELOC, Reverse, Buyer, Seller, Purchase, Cash deal, Loan App, Commercial, Disclosures, single documents, correction of urgent documents, &  more. I think on my feet in situations, follow directions & meet deadlines!  

A small story about myself would be that I retired from a  Criminal Justice career of 26 years and began my Notarial journey during this career.  I expanded my business in 2018 to be available in a larger area and more accessible with outfitting my vehicle and multiple offices.  I am also a Wedding and Vow Renewals Officiant periodically.   

Additionally, I am currently a Life and Financial Insurance Broker in 14 states working for the consumer by maintaining multiple Insurance carriers and offering policies for Life, annuities, and final expense. Everyone deserves the peace of mind of possessing affordable insurance that is not in control of a workplace or employer.
