I am also a licensed realtor. Have notarized mortgages,sales, affidavits,wills, power of attorneys,car sales and most any other kinds of documents. Prefer last minute appointments. Will do late work. Have notarized docs 2:30 in the morning.Can answer many real estate questions since I am a licensed realtor. I prefer last minute assignments as I am able to print docs and get to the signing location quickly.I am heavily experienced being in the notary field 19 years. I do reverse mortgages and have the patience to deal with the elderly. Have worked with car dealers on paperwork for luxury sales. I am able to find hard to find addresses and am not afraid to ask directions. Have traveled as far as Sacramento and Fresno. Will work in foggy and stormy weather.
