I graduated from the Loan Signing System with Mark Wills as well as being NNA certified.  My 7 years of real estate has taught me the importance of communication, accuracy, flexibility and how critical the loan documents are in any RE transaction, be it a purchase/sale, refinance, HELOC, etc. Along with accuracy being the priority, it is also very important to make sure the signers feel at ease and comfortable in what can be a stressful situation. I am available 24/7 and especially evenings and weekends in order to make it more convenient for clients who are unable to sign documents during normal working hours.
