My past work experiences have taught me that clients need someone to be personable and knowledgeable during important monetary transactions. My philosophy to conduct each loan signing assignment exactly how I would want someone to treat me if I was undertaking an essential financial risk. I make sure clients are comfortable and at ease while signing. I ensure that clients correctly fill out all documents. I make sure clients understand what they are signing and whom to contact if any questions arise. I understand the need to have the document package returned promptly. I'll drive the distance, even if it means paying a bridge toll and meeting staff members at the door first thing in the morning. My goal as a notary public is to build relationships. I believe establishing a relationship helps to build trust. I intend to have mortgage professionals see my name assigned to file and immediately let out a sigh of relief. I value communication and keep all parties informed. I have no qualms with asking questions, and I always double-check to confirm the necessary details.
