I’m a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent covering Des Moines, Iowa, as well as the surrounding 60-mile radius. Besides NNA training, I’m also certified by the Loan Signing System. I have a dual tray laser printer and a high-speed scanner and carry 1 Mil E & O insurance.  I have experience in refinances, seller's packages, HELOC's, loan modifications, as well as general notary work.
