I have been a notary since 1995 and I sincerely enjoy meeting new people and having different office locations daily.  I began working for a real estate attorney upon graduating from college, also in 1995.  I have been a business owner and a certified NSA since 2016 and I have established a successful business called KC Professional Services, LLC.  I am knowledgeable in the presentation of loan packages and I am detail-oriented as well as having the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.    I have the necessary equipment to handle the job and I have excellent communication skills.  I have been complimented on my ability to present the information in the loan package in a manner that helps the client as I know where I can look for the information when asked.  If I cannot find it within the documents, I will always refer the client to the lender or title company for answers to their questions.  I have completed over 3500 signings without errors, and I am willing to work on the weekends and in the evening as well as being able to do signings for Spanish-speaking clients.   I also am available to travel to the mountains for signings.  I am always dressed professionally and I am punctual.  If I am running late for any reason, I remain in contact with the client as well as the signing service or title company and always make everyone aware of my arrival time.  I am able to present myself in a manner that makes the client feel confident in my abilities as well as making them feel comfortable in my abilities to safely possess their confidential and personal information.   I am very cautious about security, so I have the necessary software and security software to successfully transmit and receive confidential and sensitive information.  I am vaccinated and I take all necessary COVID-19 precautions.
