I am a Loan Signing System trained and certified notary. Closing day is a big deal for the signers and everyone else who was involved, and I do my best to make the entire process a smooth one. I do more than just point and tell people where to sign, I talk with them and walk them through the paperwork so that they have an overview of what they are signing and feel comfortable with the process.

I have successfully completed over 600 closings to date. I have become a preferred closer for signing services and escrow officers because I am dependable, personable, knowledgeable, and have gone above and beyond to help make a closing happen. I also do extra things to help ensure that no surprises come up at the signing table. I proofread the paperwork and spot typos, I get all the forms properly filled out,  and if I do see an error, I alert the signing service and title immediately. Same thing goes for any questions at the signing table that I am unable to answer, I reach out to get clarification.

I always review my docs before scanning and uploading immediately after the closing, and I know my local FedEx and UPS drop off times.
