3500+ loans signed; I have been performing signings since November of 2003. I Have trained, tested and passed the new NNA TRID course. I cover all of Lake County and part of Mendocino and Sonoma Counties. I have a $100K E&O policy. I have dealt with the slow to comprehend borrowers and am very sociable and liked by all that I meet with. I do jail and hospital signings and have signed on the back of a pickup bed. I have performed Reverse Mortgages and electronic signings. I like pets and kids. My fees are dependent on the travel time to the location and the work to be performed. Additional fees for Fax Backs. I go out of my way to correct any errors I may be responsible for. I am NNA Certified and have an NNA Background Check.
