6 years prior Real Estate experience

Recently commissioned as a Notary Loan Signing Agent

Ability to deliver effective results and to meet deadlines

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automotive insurance, E&O insured and Bonded

Sound judgment and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Excellent phone and service skills

Timely communication and response times 

Document preparation, printing, pick-up and delivery, and complete notarization of the loan package.
