I am a California Commissioned Notary Public and member of the National Notary Association.  I am certified as a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) by the NNA and Loan Signing Agent certified through the Mark Wills Loan Signing System (LSS). I am ethical and reliable and have 35 years of successful experience in business and customer service.  I am personable, easy to talk with and always conduct myself in a professional manner, respecting my clients at all times while exceeding their expectations.  I am available for Loan Signing appointments, Loan Applications, Reverse Mortgages, Loan Modifications,  PCOR’s, Deeds of Trust, etc., and I am willing to travel out of my area within reason to meet with a borrower.  I always call the borrower or signer immediately upon receipt of a loan signing order to confirm the appointment date & time and again 1 hour prior to the meeting on the day of the signing.  I am never late for an appointment as long as circumstances are under my control and I always communicate with the Signing Agency, Escrow Company, Title Company, etc. to keep them up-to-date on the signing.  I make sure all forms in the Docs are filled out and completed, and I don't miss signatures and stamps that can cause delays by double and triple checking completed docs before leaving the appointment.  I always scan and/or ship docs as directed per the signing order and will always make right any mistakes no matter what is necessary to get it done, I will always take responsibility for my work.  In short I will strive to provide your client or borrower with the best Loan Signing experience possible.
