I am an experienced Notary Public who does not cut around corners, especially with Loan Signings. As a Notary, I always guide the borrowers (in the capacity as a Notary) and NEVER rush the signers to make it into a 20 minute signing. I value doing things the correct way like providing a borrower's copy at the signing, providing scan backs if requested, and have the correct equipment (Dual Tray Laser Printer).
