My name is Diann, I am a certified Loan Signing Agent through the NNA and LSS program in the state of Florida. My job is to provide a smooth signing experience for all parties. Once assigned I maintain an open line of communication from the beginning to the end of each assignment. My job is to verify the signer, collect information that may be required, and ensure all signatures/dates are fully completed. I understand the importance of following specific directions and time sensitivity associated with the closing process. I am very detailed oriented and take pride in ensuring my work is completed correctly. I also provide general Notary work and have experience with Immigration forms, Wills, Trust, POA etc. I am currently working on my RON certification and plan on expanding my notary business to other states.
