I go over every document to ensure that dates, signatures and initials are properly filled out and complete. I also triple check key documents such as The Right to Cancel to make sure they are filled out properly. If on a rare occasion a mistake is made, I will fix it for you as soon as possible. The documents will be returned in a timely manner and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
