I am Deborah Alliano, I live in Santa Barbara CA. where I was born and raised. I am actually 8th generation Santa Barbarian. I am a Grandmother of 5 and mother of 2 men. My interest include art, design being outdoors..

As an Independent Mobile Notary Signing Agent, and have  experience in notarizing a verity of documents. I have experience with refinances, buyers, sellers, HELOC's, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, mobile homes, trust certifications, auto loans and commercial loans.

My education includes classes such as, Understanding the Duties and Responsibilities of the Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent Training Course through  the Notary Learning Center. I have also taken courses through the NNA.

I have made many achievements in my career, including 600+ signings, and have HIGH ratings with SnapDocs, Signing Order, FASS, First American Direct, Old Republic, Fidelity, Title Processing Center and Watermark.
