I understand the importance of ensuring a hassle-free signing, and it starts with communication. I constantly keep in contact with my clients from the moment the order comes in to the moment the signed documents are received, keeping them informed at every step of the process.

I also know that as a notary signing agent, my job is to be impartial, but not uninformed. I can give borrowers a general description of the documents and point them to the information most relevant to them, so that they know precisely what they are signing for.
