I live in Pollock Pines so can do any of your signings  in any area within:

• El Dorado county (including North/South Lake Tahoe)
• I also do signings in the following counties:     
• Alpine (Markleeville)
• Amador (including Kirkwood, Pioneer, West Point)
• Calaveras
• Placer
• Sacramento
• Snow conditions do not deter me. I will travel to get the job done for you.  I have 4WD and am comfortable driving in snow.

• Completed over 1,000 signings including buyer/seller packages, refinances, loan modifications, HELOCs, commercial loans.
• Signatures, initials and dates are never missed.
• 1003 will have all required signatures and initials for joint credit.
• All Letters of Explanation are signed and dated.
• All copies of tax forms are signed and dated.
• If there are documents already signed and dated I will have them resign and date the same date as our signing.
• 593 will be filled out and signed.
• 4506  will have the check box checked and signed.
• PCOR will be filled out and signed.
• If dates are incorrect  or blank on the Right to Cancel the correct dates will be hand written in and initialed by the signer(s).

• Copies of ID collected, if required.

After Signing:

• You will be notified when complete.
• Documents promptly dropped at FedEX or UPS for next day delivery.
• If required, documents dropped at your office.
