I have a flexible schedule and will work with the signer's schedule to best accommodate.  I guide the signer(s) through each page in the documents to ensure they understand what they are signing. I make sure to review the documents when they are first received and continuously review them during and after the signing.  I am highly detail oriented and I do not miss any signatures, dates, initials or notarizations. I understand these mistakes can cause funding conditions and that is why I take pride in my work by triple checking before I leave the signing table. I return documents as soon as possible as I understand the importance of time.  I am not an attorney but have assisted with several MA signings and attorney state signings. In these cases, the attorney has been present on the phone. I am a mobile agent and travel all around Massachusetts. I understand that you and your team may have a busy schedule and may need a mobile notary/loan signing agent to assist with a closing. I can be that person for you!
