I have been a Notary Signing Agent for over 20 years.  I am very familiar in many different types of loan documents and types of loan types.

I retired from the State of Florida after 32 years of continued service with the Department of Housing.  I enjoyed my time as a public servant and enjoy continuing to meet new faces in my job as a Notary.  I know that under most circumstances I will be the only smiling face a customer may see during the loan process and I try to make their experience a great one.  My goal is to serve the customer with a smiling face, a happy spirit and to do the job correctly the first time.
