I have been a notary since March of 2020. I have been working, primarily, direct with a Title company but also receive orders through several signing services. Due to the extremely low interest rates, most of the signings I have completed have been refinances, but I have also completed HELOC’s, buyers and sellers packages. Those signings have been conventional, FHA, and VA backed/funded loans. I am a professional who respects the signers time and residences. I carry shoe covers to protect signers’ floors, disinfecting wipes AND disinfecting spray to promote a safe, germ-free environment during a signing and ALWAYS wear a face covering.
