Hello, my name is Ana, I am Bilingual in English and Spanish. I'm also flexible with schedules to accommodate clients time fames, including evenings and weekends. I've worked as a real estate assistant and as an enrollment Director, With this experience, I gained knowledge in areas involving office work, organizing files, and preparing documentation prior to client arrival.  I'm dedicated to all my clients and give my undivided attention to all forms that are highly important and time sensitive.  I also enjoy providing services to the community and help in transactions when needed. Anytime emergencies arise, I prioritize the clients needs and do my best to make accommodations for my clients. I also like to plan ahead by having all necessary forms ready to go. Based on my experience, I understand that providing excellent customer service to all business relations and clients is a top priority.
